Our Story
Charlotte and Greg first met wearing ugly sweaters at a Christmas-in-July work party. Initially not thinking much of their first interaction, they soon became friends. It became quickly apparent they shared many common interests beyond the world of mechanical ventilation and complex pathophysiology. Determined to keep their relationship strictly professional, they attended several “non-dates” where they would lie on the beach together laughing and sharing tales of adventure, travel and the outdoors. Needless to say, as the days slipped past – they eventually fell head-over-heels for one another.
Dating Life
Their dating life would include (but was not limited to): spontaneous travelling, sailing, scuba diving, camping, hiking, rock climbing, marmot searching, canyoning, kayaking, canoeing, white-water rafting, wine tasting, board game playing, pottery making, cocktail mixing, record listening and cheese appreciation. They both agree that the highlight has been learning how comfortable and silly they could be around each other.

The Proposal
True to their form, Greg popped the questions to Charlotte at the top of Mount Solitary in the Blue Mountains in October 2021 after a grueling 9km hike in and almost dying up a rock scramble at the end of the hike.
Now after 4 years, natural disasters and several Covid variants later our dynamic duo find themselves faced with their greatest challenge yet…planning the greatest wedding the world has ever seen!
It’s amazing how one day someone walks into your life, and you cannot remember how you ever lived without them.
